We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

  • We work with  third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners to produce and ship most orders.

    • Processing time: Typically 2–5 business days for most products; certain specialty items (such as knitted sweaters) may require longer production times as noted on individual product pages.
    • Shipping time: Additional shipping time will apply depending on destination and shipping method. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.

    We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control once an order has been handed off for shipment.

  • Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition.
  • Because most items are made to order, certain products may be final sale or have limited return options.
